Facility Reservation Request

Please note that your organization is responsible for the condition of the space. All facilities must be cleaned and restored to its original state when the event is finished. This includes sweeping, taking garbage out to the dumpster, and wiping down all tables. If it is not cleaned/restored there will be a $50.00 Cleaning Fee charged. Fee will need to be paid before any other events are scheduled.
