Education/Background
I was born and raised here in Florence, KY and I am a lifelong member of St. Paul Parish. I went to school at St. Paul, through the sixth grade, went to St. Henry for middle school, and then on to St. Henry District High School, where I graduated in 1988. From there, I continued my Catholic education at Thomas More College, as it was known then, graduating with my BA in Secondary Math Education with an Endorsement in Computers in 1992. I went on to earn my Master of Arts in Education from Northern Kentucky University.
I was hired as a part-time algebra teacher at St. Paul in 1992, as the school expanded to include the eighth grade again, and then accepted a full-time position the following year. And the rest, as they say, is history! I have served as a middle school teacher and/or Computer Teacher/Technology Coordinator. I love being a member of the St. Paul team! I am a recipient of the Rotary Club of Florence Teacher of the Year award (2025).
I married my high school sweetheart, Scott Eibel, who also attended St. Paul and St. Henry District High School. We have had three sons who attended St. Paul and our daughter just graduated in 2025 and is headed to St. Henry. Time flies!
