The St. Paul Catholic School PTO promotes participation of parents, guardians, and teachers in the programs and activities of St. Paul Catholic School. All parents, guardians, and staff are encouraged to be active members of the PTO. The efforts of the PTO are primarily directed toward providing those things that contribute to the overall quality of education. The PTO assists by building community, coordinating parent volunteers, and raising money to provide programs, services and equipment to enhance the educational experience at St. Paul Catholic School.
Major Fundraising events held annually:
- Blue & Gold Bash
We hold a major fundraiser every year that is a fun evening for adults only. Typically, the event includes Silent Auction, Panther Raffles, Split the Pot and other fun games throughout the night. This event raises over $20,000 that goes directly to the school!
- Quarter Auction/Pasta with a Purpose
The Lion’s Club of Florence hosts a Quarter Auction for us in November each year. This is a family-friendly, super fun event you won’t want to miss! Lots of baskets and a few silent auction items as well.
In 2019, we held a Spaghetti Dinner called Pasta with a Purpose. In 2020, we had a Quarter Auction that took place in the Carlin Center.
- Panther Fun Run/Boosterthon
This walk/run is typically held in the Spring. There is an entire week of themes and fun activities leading up the main event. Students register online and ask for pledges from friends and family to raise money for St. Paul School. Prizes are provided on a daily basis for everyone that signs up and raises money! - St. Paul Flower Sale (May and September)
The St. Paul Flower Sale began in 2018 with a spring sale and added a fall flower sale in 2019. The spring sale has grown by leaps and bounds!! For the Spring and Fall Flower Sale, Click here for the latest Flower Sale Information…
- Craft Show
The St. Paul Craft Show began in 2019 in the school building and expanded to the Parish Center in 2020. It has been a huge hit with over 80 vendors, just as many raffle items and only $2/person for entry!

Activities throughout the year:
- Back to School Night: Fun, free evening for our school families to get together!
- Classroom Parties: Christmas and Valentine’s Day organized by Room Parents
- Santa’s Workshop: Students can shop for inexpensive gifts for their parents, grandparents,
siblings, friends and even their furry friends!
PTO activities are promoted through the school’s weekly e-newsletter “The Panther Press.”
