Andrew Blanke is a dedicated music educator and accomplished trumpet player from Florence, Kentucky. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Morehead State University, where he studied under the esteemed Professor Greg Wing. While at Morehead, Andrew was a prominent member of the jazz ensemble and served as lead trumpet in the marching band, demonstrating both musical versatility and leadership.

His students have consistently earned high honors, including placements in All-District and All-State ensembles.
In addition to teaching, Andrew is an active performer. His trumpet work spans wedding ceremonies, church services, and theatrical productions such as White Christmas, 9 to 5, and The Sound of Music. In 2022, he had the honor of performing at the prestigious Bill Adam Trumpet Festival.
With a passion for inspiring young musicians and a commitment to excellence in music education, Andrew is excited to bring his experience and energy to St. Agnes and St. Paul Schools as he continues to help shape the next generation of musicians.
