Education/Background
Welcome, 4th grade Panthers! My name is Deanna Dyko, and I am looking forward to getting to know each one of you this year. My family and I have lived in the Northern Kentucky area for over 20 years, and I have very fond memories of attending Catholic school during my own elementary years.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (RN, BSN) and later pursued my Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Georgetown College. I previously worked as a nurse in hospitals for many years before transitioning into teaching. I enjoy teaching all subject areas, but my favorite subjects are English and Math. I feel truly blessed to be entering my third year at St. Paul, doing what I love alongside such an amazing group of educators and students.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling to new places, and listening to music. I also have a particular fondness for anything flowers! A fun fact about me is that my husband and I love attending Contemporary Christian concerts—some of our favorite artists are Zach Williams and Crowder!
